Not get the bus on time

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the irregular timing of the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) bus service. The bus on route number [insert route no.] from [boarding point] to [destination] has not been arriving on time for the past few days. This has caused serious inconvenience to daily commuters like me who rely on the service for timely travel.

The bus was either delayed by a long duration or did not arrive at all. Such irregularities affect office-going passengers, students, and others who depend on public transport.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that buses on this route follow the scheduled timings. Regular monitoring of bus drivers and strict adherence to the timetable will greatly help passengers.
