while I had been submitted my first appeal on jk RTI online on 03 of Oct 2025 after getting dissatisfactory report from the pio irrigation department Anantnag unfortunately after 45 days the I didn’t get the response of my first by FAA executive engineer irrigation department Anantnag now I requests how can I draft my second appeal and where I am filled it please provide a full sample format with whome adress of request for second appeal
