To raise a complaint for the Optronix Wi‑Fi outage (ID 29517368), contact the provider’s complaint center via the number on the bill/app and request registration of a service fault; ensure a docket number and SMS with ETA are provided. Also try rebooting the router/ONT and check power/LOS lights, or submit the issue via the official portal or social channels.
If unresolved within three days, escalate to the provider’s Appellate Authority and claim downtime rebate per TRAI slabs (>3, >7, >15 days).
