I have ordered a product from blinkit on 24th September and did payment through online. After payment the blinkit shows the product is not available and order was cancelled. Till now I didn’t even get any information about the refund process. I have even sent many emails to info@blinkit.com but there is no response.

To lodge your complaint about the cancelled Blinkit order and pending refund, contact Blinkit Customer Care directly or use the in-app support chat for quicker resolution. Since emails to info@blinkit.com have not been answered, escalate your issue by raising a ticket via the Blinkit Help section in the app. If the refund is still not processed within 7 business days, you may file a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in).
