Request for One-Time Review and Reactivation of Delivery Partner ID

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Delivery Partner ID FE7841430has been on hold for the last 4–5 months due to a customer escalation. This was my first complaint. The customer initially denied placing the order, did not answer my calls for about 45 minutes, and later changed the delivery location. During that stressful situation I used one rude sentence, for which I sincerely apologize. I have already apologized to the store team and I assure you this will never happen again. I request a one-time review and reactivation of my ID. Kindly consider my case sympathetically.

Dear @deepak_nagpal,

It is completely understandable how frustrating that situation was. Waiting 45 minutes for a customer to respond, only to have them change the delivery location, is a massive waste of your time, effort, and fuel. In high-pressure, exhausting situations on the road, it is very easy to lose your cool for a moment. Welcome to the citizen.complainthub.org community.

However, I need to give you the honest reality of how gig economy platforms operate.

When a customer escalates a complaint involving “rude behavior,” companies almost always default to a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy. The automated systems immediately tag the ID and suspend it to avoid legal or PR risks. Unfortunately, if your Delivery Partner ID has been on hold for 4 to 5 months, it is highly likely that the system has permanently deactivated it, rather than it just being a temporary suspension.

Standard in-app support bots will not read your apology; they will simply see the “abuse” tag and auto-reject your appeals. To get a human to actually review your one-time exception request, you must escalate this strategically:

1. Visit the City Hub / Fleet Manager

Do not rely on the app. You need to physically visit the central city office or the main hub for your platform. Ground-level Fleet Managers and Hub In-charges often have backend override authority.

The Approach: Speak to them respectfully. Do not just focus on the apology emphasize that your clean record was ruined by a customer who delayed you for 45 minutes and manipulated the delivery location, causing immense stress.

2. Email the Nodal/Grievance Officer Directly

You need to bypass standard support and email the platform’s official Grievance Officer. Your email should be factual and structured:

State your ID and the date of the incident.

Highlight that this is your first and only offense.

Clearly state the mitigating circumstances (the 45-minute wait and unauthorized location change).

Provide your written assurance that it will not happen again.

3. Consider Alternative Platforms

While you fight this appeal, you must protect your own livelihood. Because unbanning an ID flagged for customer escalation is statistically very difficult, I highly recommend onboarding with competitor platforms immediately so your income is not stalled.
