I want to request an urgent update regarding a package that was shipped from Indiranagar, Bangalore branch to Noida on Wednesday, 19th November 2025. We got the update such that the package was misrouted and sent to Surat. The shipment was expected to be delivered within the committed timeline; however, it has been significantly delayed, causing inconvenience and operational impact on our end. Despite multiple follow-ups, the delivery has not occurred as scheduled.

Additionally, considering the lack of updates and the delay beyond the expected delivery timeline, I request you to process the applicable compensation as per DTDC’s policy.

Kindly provide the current status of this shipment at the earliest. I request you to please find the Tracking Number - 7X108504859 for your reference.

Please look into this matter urgently and revert with the required details.

To urgently escalate your misrouted DTDC shipment (Tracking No. 7X108504859) from Indiranagar, Bangalore to Noida, draft an email with full details (origin, destination, booking date, committed delivery date, misroute to Surat, business impact, and compensation request) and send it to customersupport@dtdc.com and gmo@dtdc.com, marking it “URGENT – MISROUTED & DELAYED SHIPMENT – COMPENSATION REQUEST”.
