Sir, I submitted my online application on 26-09-2024 at 11:45 PM. My Acknowledgement Number is RTPS-CASTE/2024/4983107, and the eDistrict Reference Number is SSDG/ED/CASTE/1501512548. I have successfully submitted all the required supporting documents. The last message I received was dated 26/12/2024. since that date, I have not received any further messages. I have been continuously emailing the concerned person, but have not received any reply. I kindly request you to look into the matter at your earliest convenience

You can check Application Status online by visiting the official RTPS (Right to Public Services) or eDistrict portal where you submitted your application. Use your Acknowledgement Number or eDistrict Reference Number to track your application status.
Contact the Nodal Officer/Grievance Officer: Identify the Grievance Redressal Officer or Nodal Officer responsible for caste certificate issuance in your district. You can also use the state grievance portal.
If you do not receive a response within a reasonable period, file a Right to Information (RTI) application to seek the current status of your application.
