Aapke PhonePe account se 8000 rupaye bina aapki marzi ke katna serious fraud lag raha hai.
- Turant action:
- PhonePe app kholkar Help (?) section me jaakar “Report your issue” → “I got a payment request from a fraudster / unauthorized activity” select karke ticket raise karein.
- Customer care par call karein: 080-68727374 ya 022-68727374 aur fraud transaction, time, SMS/OTP details sab batayen.
- Apne linked bank ki customer care par call karke account par temporary block / monitoring lagwane ko bolein.
- Fraud report & police:
- National cybercrime helpline 1930 par turant call karein ya cybercrime.gov.in par online complaint file karein, wahan PhonePe statement/screenshot attach karein.
- Local thana me bhi written FIR/cyber complaint de sakte hain, jisse recovery chances badhte hain.
- Escalation agar paisa wapas na aaye:
- Agar 3–7 din me PhonePe se satisfactory reply na mile to unke grievance portal grievance.phonepe.com par pehle wale ticket ID ke saath complaint escalate karein.
- Uske baad bhi resolve na ho to RBI helpline 14448 par call karke complaint process ke baare me guidance le sakte hain.
Har complaint ka reference/ticket number sambhal kar rakhein, ye hi aapke paise wapas laane me sabse zaroori proof hoga.
