School is refusing to give pen number

Dear @Jai_Chandani

Your PEN (Permanent Enrollment Number) is essential for further admissions. Since your previous school, Children’s Academy Bani Park, did not generate it, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Your Old School: Request them to issue your PEN or provide a letter stating they did not generate it.
  2. Contact CISCE (ICSE Board) Regional Office: If your school refuses, reach out to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) and request your PEN.
  3. Approach Your Current School: Ask them to assist in retrieving or generating a PEN through official channels.

Further, you may lodge a complaint with the Education Department of the state government through the Rajasthan Sampark portal. Read more, How can I file complaints about government offices to Redressal of Public Grievances Department through Rajasthan Sampark?
