Sewage dumping by one of the resident but no action taken

One of my neighbours is illegally pumping sewage water directly onto the public road, which is creating severe health hazards, unbearable foul smell, and nuisance for all residents in the area. The sewage stagnates on the road, making it unhygienic and unsafe for pedestrians, especially children and elderly people.

This act is not only against public health norms but also violates municipal sanitation rules. Despite repeated requests, the individual continues this practice.

I kindly request your good office to:

  1. Take immediate action to stop this illegal pumping of sewage onto the road.
  2. Instruct the concerned department to inspect the premises and ensure proper sewage disposal.
  3. Impose necessary penalties on the violator as per municipal rules to prevent recurrence.

I request your urgent intervention to safeguard the health and well-being of residents.
