To report the stray dog issue in Suncity Narsa Reddy 2 Colony, contact the GHMC Animal Care Centre at 155304 and +914021111111 or raise a complaint via the GHMC app under “Animal Nuisance.” You may also email with your colony details. If unresolved, escalate it via the Telangana grievance portal.

Note: For added safety, consider carrying a SAFE pepper spray for self-defense from aggressive animals.

• From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
• Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.
• Verify your identity by entering your mobile number and receiving an OTP.
• Complete the online Citizen Entry Form with all necessary details about the issue including your ward name and disputed matter.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number to track the status of your complaint. If not resolved escalate to Public Grievance Cell of the Zonal Offices or Departments.
