Helpline Number: Call the GHMC’s toll-free citizen helpline numbers 155304 and +914021111111 to make a civic complaint.

Water Helpline: For issues related to water supply and sewerage, contact the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) at 155313 / +914023300114 or email customer-support@hyderabadwater.gov.in. You can also message on WhatsApp at +919154170968.
If your complaints are not resolved, escalate it to the Head of Department (HODs) or Zonal Deputy Municipal Commissioners of respective department or zones. You can also contact your ward office to resolve any local civic problem such as road, streets, drainage, or footpaths maintainance.
You can use the GHMC’s online grievance redressal portal or mobile app to file complaints electronically.
Steps to File an Online Complaint:
- Visit the GHMC’s official website (ghmc.gov.in).
- From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
- Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.
- Verify your identity by entering your mobile number and receiving an OTP.
- Complete the online Citizen Entry Form with all necessary details about the issue including your ward name and disputed matter.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference number to track the status of your complaint. If not resolved escaate to Public Grievance Cell of the Zonal Offices or Departments.
Escalate to Public Grievance Cell:
If not resolved satisfactorily, escalate the matter to the Public Grievance Cell at zonal offices of the municipal corporation by lodging a written application or email. Contact details of the Zonal Commissioners are:
