Please report the issue to the GHMC Dog Catcher Helpline at 155304 / +914021111111 or use the GHMC app to raise a complaint under the “Stray Dogs” category. Include photos, location, and incident time for quicker action.
If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate it via the GHMC grievance portal:

Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the GHMC’s official website (ghmc.gov.in).
• From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
• Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.
• Verify your identity by entering your mobile number and receiving an OTP.
• Complete the online Citizen Entry Form with all necessary details about the issue including your ward name and disputed matter.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number to track the status of your complaint. If not resolved escalate to Public Grievance Cell of the Zonal Offices or Departments.
