Garbage and Street dogs new sense

Hi All,

Everyday some unknown people disposing trash, household garbage, dead animals, pooja waste- (there is a temple opposite to our apartment) on the corner of our apartment. We got tired asking the GHMC Kapra municipality workers everyday who demand money every time to clear this trash. We need a municipality caution board established here that tells “To not dispose trash here and make it illegal to dispose trash here”. Please my request is to take it seriously to clear this trash or else someone even kids not knowingly going into that trash while playing could face life threatening diseases . Secondly, there are a lot of stray dogs living here which are making our life horrible to live here day into night. Constant shouting, barking, fighting and getting aggressive on passer. I have raised a call complaint earlier, but to my surprise GHMC call center closed it without even bothering to call me once and no one showed up till now.

To address illegal dumping opposite your apartment, lodge a formal complaint on GHMC’s Samagra portal under “Solid Waste Management,” requesting a ‘No Dumping’ board and removal of existing waste. You can also call GHMC at 155304 / +914021111111 to escalate. For stray dogs, contact the GHMC Dog Control Unit or visit Ameenpur Veterinary Hospital. If no action follows, email the Municipal Commissioner at commissioner@ghmc.gov.in and file a grievance with the Telangana State Consumer Grievance Forum.
