Subject: Urgent Appeal for Resolution of Persistent Drainage Issues in Yapral

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the ongoing drainage issues in Yapral, which have remained unresolved for the past year. Despite lodging multiple complaints, the problem persists, causing significant inconvenience and health concerns for the residents.

Nature of the Issue:

  • Persistent Blockages: Frequent drainage blockages are leading to overflows, resulting in unsanitary conditions and potential health hazards.​

We earnestly request the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to:

  1. Conduct a Comprehensive Inspection: Assign a team to physically inspect the affected areas in Yapral to assess the severity of the drainage issues.​
  2. Implement Sustainable Solutions: Develop and execute a plan to address the root causes of the drainage problems, ensuring long-term relief for the residents.​
  3. Enhance Complaint Resolution Protocols: Ensure that all future complaints undergo proper verification before closure, maintaining transparency and accountability in the process.
