I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue regarding the pending road restoration work in our area. While the drainage extension work was completed recently, the road that was dug up for this purpose has not yet been restored.

Due to this, residents of Street No. 20, Ram Nagar, including my family, are facing significant difficulties in accessing our homes. The poor condition of the road is disrupting our daily lives and is particularly concerning as we have a family marriage scheduled for the 10th of next month. If the road remains unrestored, it will cause serious inconvenience to our guests and affect important arrangements.

We kindly request the concerned GHMC department to expedite the completion of the road work at the earliest. Prompt action on this matter will be highly appreciated by all the residents of our locality.

• From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
• Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.

• Submit the form.
