Local labour using governament road and making lot of newsense for residential

Respected government official ,
We were from lig 7 huda colony Mehdipatnam
Our wall beside there is space of which is actually govt road
But that is using here local labour for their work equipment and paying amount to some other persons
But that road is belongs to officially
And just beside our home wall and damaging our aswell as throwing unwanted garbage disturbing us.

Also, submit a written complaint at the local police station to stop the illegal occupation. Attach photographs for stronger action.
