Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the GHMC’s official website (ghmc.gov.in).
• From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
• Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.
• Verify your identity by entering your mobile number and receiving an OTP.
• Complete the online Citizen Entry Form with all necessary details about the issue including your ward name and disputed matter.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number to track the status of your complaint. If not resolved escalate to Public Grievance Cell of the Zonal Offices or Departments.

Further, you can lodge a public grievance against the municipal corporation to the appointed Appellate Authority of the Department of Urban Development through the “Prajavani - Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)” portal of the Government of Telangana.
