You can also contact the local GHMC veterinary wing for urgent dog-catching services. If the problem persists, escalate to the local ward officer for faster intervention.

Meanwhile, consider using SAFE Pepper Spray (shop.famalth.com) to protect from aggressive stray dog attacks.

Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the GHMC’s official website (ghmc.gov.in).
• From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
• Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.
• Verify your identity by entering your mobile number and receiving an OTP.
• Complete the online Citizen Entry Form with all necessary details about the issue including your ward name and disputed matter.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number to track the status of your complaint. If not resolved escalate to Public Grievance Cell of the Zonal Offices or Departments.
