Hi. We have new set of signal pillars placed in our main city’s junction. These pillars are placed to replace the old set of signals. But the old set of pillars are blocking the visibility of the new signals and it is causing a lot of discomfort, confusion and panic.
How do I bring it to the attention of the officials who are in charge of these activities?

To resolve the safety hazard at Malumichampatti Junction where old pillars block the new signals, please report this to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), as they manage the Coimbatore-Nagapattinam highway. You can contact the NHAI Coimbatore Project Implementation Unit (-nhaicoimbatore@gmail.com / coimb@nhai.org) or dial the toll-free highway helpline 1033.
Simultaneously, alert the Coimbatore District Police about the confusion and panic this is causing by sending these details and photos to their WhatsApp helpline at 9003004100. If the issue persists, you can escalate it by registering a formal complaint on the TN CM Helpline portal or dialing 1100.
