To follow up on your RTI appeal to CIC where thereโs no reply yet, you can track the status using your appeal registration number at dsscic.nic.in/appeal-comp-status-dak-file/list-dak-file. If sufficient time has passed (90 days from FAA response or 45 days if no FAA reply), you can file a complaint under Section 18 of the RTI Act to CIC for non-disposal of your appeal at DSSCIC online complaint portal. For assistance, contact CIC Helpdesk or email fdesk-cic@gov.in. You may also file a grievance on CPGRAMS portal regarding delays in information disclosure.
