Dear TVS Customer Care,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I have been experiencing with my TVS iQube S (vehicle number TN42 BZ1596) purchased from Lotus TVS, Erode, in November 2023.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve these problems, I continue to face significant inconvenience and frustration. The most recent issue involves a defective battery that has left me stranded on multiple occasions.
I have provided a detailed timeline of the issues below:

November 2023: Purchased TVS iQube S. Bluetooth malfunctioned immediately.

March 2024: Display panel replaced with Bluetooth module.

August 2024: Power adapter replaced after a 20-day delay due to lack of stock.

September 2024: Battery failure. Stranded 45 km away from dealership. Vehicle brought to dealership on September 9th. No update on issue as of September 17th.
I believe that these recurring problems indicate a significant quality control issue with the vehicle. It is unacceptable that I should have to deal with such persistent defects in a relatively new electric scooter.
I request that TVS take immediate action to address these issues and provide a satisfactory resolution. I would like to discuss options such as a full refund or replacement of the vehicle.
