Today I have work regarding Bimaa from my village Kosana Patwari. She was not available from 1230h hrs to 1400 hrs. When tried to contact her she first rejected phone calls and then when picked misbehaved to me.
Just want ask, why she was not available in the patwari office on Monday and when will be she available?
Village Patwaris in India typically work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. In some states like Haryana, Patwaris are mandated to be available at their office from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily for public dealing. Your Patwari should have been available on Monday during office hours.
To lodge a complaint about the unavailability and misbehavior, contact your Tehsildar or District Revenue Officer immediately. You can also file a complaint through your state’s public grievance portal or the revenue department grievance cell. If unresolved, escalate to the Deputy Commissioner.
