To report this job scam, file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell by calling 1930 and at cybercrime.gov.in or visit your nearest police station. To make your complaint online, follow this instruction:

• Login or Register: You might need to create an account on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal. Visit the link: https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/Crime_AuthoLogin.aspx
• Report the Crime: Find the “Report Cyber Crime” section and fill out the details.
• Provide Information: Describe the incident, suspect details (if known), and any other relevant information.
• Submit and Track: Don’t forget to note down the acknowledgement number to track your report’s progress.

Additionally, report the fraud to your bank to check if a refund is possible and block further transactions. If the scam involved a job listing, report it on the job portal where you found it.
