If you’re concerned about the safety of a building during an earthquake in Delhi, you can file a complaint with Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), who is responsible for building safety and disaster preparedness.

Steps to file a complaint online

1. Visit the official MCD website or Mobile App 311 and open the online complaint form to submit your civic complaints.
2. Provide your details, the complaint category, subject, and description on the grievance redressal form available on the MCD website or app.
3. After filling out the form, submit it online, via the app, or in person, and note the reference number for tracking.
