Bus punctured at peddapendyal, driver stopped one bus

We have choosed warangal depo bus, we paid 300rs. Our bus punctured at peddapendyal, driver stopped one bus and we taken one bus, but in that there are no seats, we are in standing position, why we can stand after we paid 300.

Pls give the solution immediately, we don’t have a patience to stand 3 hours, Hanamkonda to Hyderabad, we paid 300 rs, unexpectedly bus tyre punctured, driver stopped another bus, there is no seats in that, we are in standing position.

Since you paid ₹300 for a Warangal Depot bus seat but had to stand for the journey, you are entitled to proper accommodation.
