i , shivangi Kumari, son/daughter of Munendra Prasad, resident of Hilsa, hereby submit this application to lodge a complaint against my Uncle and his son,s, jagdish garai and his son name is ajit kumar and his wife name is kiran devi , for attempted to murder and physically and verbally abusing my mother, smita kumari, on 25/02/25. 01:pm at HIlsa.

Details of the Incident
On 25/02/25, my uncle and his, jagdish garai, and ajit kumar , came to our residence and started slaped and. The argument escalated, and he physically and verbally abused them. He pushed, slapped, used abusive language, etc…
