First Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) is issued on 28th day of June 2024. sent on 2nd July of 2024 by the respected District Consumer Commission, Ranga Reddy to the concerned Respected The Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 520 008.
Second Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) is issued on 22nd day of August 2025. sent on 26th day of August 2025 by the respected District Consumer Commission, Ranga Reddy to the concern Respected The Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 520 008.

Patamata Police Station jurisdiction, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 500 007.
Order Details : Non Bailable Warrants are issued by Respected The District Consumer Commission, Ranga Reddy, E. A. No. 25/2023 in C. C. No. 28/2022. For execution.
Allegations :
Despite the court order, the police officials The Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – 520 008. The Station House Officer (SHO), Inspector of Police at Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, has failed in the execution of NBW. I have made several representations, visits to the Police Station, Sent mails and whatsapp messages. But no concrete steps have been taken. The accused is openly absconding and roaming freely. Which poses a potential threat and obstructs the judicial process. This negligence in duty constitutes a violation of human rights and the court directives.
Prayer / Relief Sought :
I request your urgent intervention to direct the concerned officers to prioritise and execute the NBW immediately.
Take immediate cognizance of this serious human rights violation and police inattention.
Direct an urgent and impartial inquiry into police conduct of the erring police officials.
Issue necessary directions to the concerned police Station to execute the Non Bailable Warrants immediately and present the accused before the concerned Court.
Recommend appropriate disciplinary and legal action against the public servants responsible for the inaction.
Provide me with the Grievance Registration Number / Complaint Reference Number.
Provide an ACTION TAKEN REPORT ( ATR ) On the steps taken by the Respected local Police Station to execute the warrants.
