How can you file complaints about government offices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's Public Grievance Redressal System (AP CMPGRS)?

If you have complaints about government offices (municipal corporation, Nagar Palika/Parishad, gram panchayats, collectorate, police, etc.), departments, and ministries of Andhra Pradesh, lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of respective departments through the “Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal System (AP CMPGRS)” portal of the government of Andhra Pradesh.

You can complain about government schemes, demand new civic services (hospitals, public places, schools/colleges, drainage/bridges, roads, etc.), corrupt practices or misuse of power by officials/employees, and other disputes (registry of land records, agriculture schemes/subsidy, public transportation, food supply, ration cards, etc.).

:tipping_hand_man:t5: Note: To register your complaint, call the toll-free citizen helpline number 1902. The representative will help you to lodge your public grievance. After successful registration, obtain the reference number. You can also visit the Collectorate office on Mondays and register your complaint with the Collector or Joint Collector.

  • Authenticate using your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID (VID).
  • Select “Lodge Grievance.”
  • Fill out the form,
  • Attach supporting documents (if applicable).
  • Submit the form.

After registering your grievance, you’ll receive an acknowledgement/grievance number, which you can use to track the status and escalate your complaint to higher authorities, if needed.
