Your village’s concerns regarding the canal, road conditions, and drainage issues have been long-standing, and it’s unfortunate that multiple complaints have not yielded action. Since you have already filed a grievance on the GRIEVANCE DASHBOARD (GOVAP/E/2024/0002680) and contacted the Minister of Roads and Buildings, follow up on your complaint status through the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal System (AP CMPGRS) or visit the Tirupati District Collector’s Office (tirupati.ap.gov.in) for escalation and email collector-tirupati@ap.gov.in. • Navigate to “Login” section of the menu.
• Click “Login” and choose “Citizen Login.”
• Authenticate using your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID (VID).
• Select “Lodge Grievance.”
• Fill out the form,
• Attach supporting documents (if applicable).
• Submit the form.
