Dear sir, I had lodged grievance on cpgrams portal regarding encroachment of irrigation canal to our lands in Feb 2025 bearing registration number GOVJK/E/2025/0000292 till date the concerned authorities were failed to redressed it nor they will pose any remarks because in previous attempts so may online grievances on same concern however the earliest they do everything like demarcation and eviction notices to the encroachers but the encroachers deny all aspects of administration and the administration failed to take any kind of legal action against them main reason is how the deep encroachment is possible with out the cooperation of the concerned that is why the concerned department taken it very lightly they knew if it is to happen we were to be introspected and analysed then the action made against them firstly insted later to dealt with the concerned department now suggests me what will next to dothanks

Sorry your CPGRAMS case GOVJK/E/2025/0000292 is still pending. Do this: 1) Log in to CPGRAMS and use “Appeal/Escalate,” attaching photos, demarcation records, and prior notices.

  1. Also file on JKIGRAMS and send a signed representation to the District Magistrate and the Chief Engineer (I&FC), asking for a time-bound eviction with police support.

  2. File an RTI seeking the Action Taken Report. 4) If there’s no action, complain to J&K ACB for suspected collusion and move J&K High Court for a writ.

@complainthub the current status of the RTI filled on 08-09-2025 at jkrti online where they confusing him selves also and ran away from their duties firstly they accept the Encroachment were to be done and demolition was to temporarily done also also warning notices to be issued to encroachers secondly it is not our entertain it will be under rdd department Achabal third most highlighted point is that no body among farmers were satisfied with the interuprion and encroachmet on water course it is the applicant who needs for his self desire to take path to their lands how they ranaway from the core issue their statement lack chronological sequence and duty to their profession what can I do
