To lodge your complaint regarding the non-execution of the Non-Bailable Warrants (NBW) by Patamata Police, you should immediately escalate this to the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada by emailing cp@vza.appolice.gov.in or calling 0866-2492222. To obtain a Grievance Registration Number and an Action Taken Report (ATR), you must file a formal complaint online through the AP Police Citizen Services portal at citizen.appolice.gov.in or the AP CM Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) (Helpline: 1902).
If the issue persists, you can approach the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) or file a contempt petition with the District Commission.
