To address the garbage vehicle (UP14T5486) bypassing your home and collecting fees elsewhere, contact Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad’s sanitation helpline at 18001803012 or 1533 and provide your photos and the vehicle number. You can also lodge an online grievance at the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam Public Grievance Portal.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam’s official website (ghaziabadnagarnigam.in) or download the Ghaziabad 311 App.
• Navigate to the “Services” section of the menu.
• Click “Public Grievance Redressal System” to open the online complaint form.
• Fill out the form with the required details including type of complaint, location with ward, description of the civic issue, and expected resolution.
• Upload the supporting documents and photos.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number to track the status. If not resolved, you can escalate the grievance to the zonal deputy municipal commissioner or head of department (HOD) with the reference ID of the case.

If there’s no response within 7 days, escalate on the UP State Public Grievance Portal (Jansunwai).
