Garbage collection facility is poor In ghari harsaru,gurgaon

since 7 months the garbage collection car isn’t coming regularly in our area… it take 20 days sometimes to come. to be more specific ( In kilachand nagar). please look for the problem. numerous complaints have been made but no helpful response came.

Since you’ve already filed complaints with no resolution, I recommend filing a formal complaint with the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG). This will escalate the garbage collection issue to the head of the solid waste management department.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the MCG’s official website (mcg.gov.in) .
• Navigate to the “Services” section of the menu.
• Choose “Grievances ” to open the online complaint form. For other issues, select “Water Grievance”, “Property Tax”, or “C&D Waste Grievance” options.
• Click “Open a new ticket ” to open the online form.
• Fill out the form with the required details including the nature of your complaint, location with ward, department, and description of the issue.
• Upload supporting documents or photos, if any.
• Submit the form.

If still, not resolved, lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of the PG Cell (Secretary) at the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies (DoULBs) through “CM Window - Haryana CM Grievance Cell” of the government of Haryana.
