Municipal Corporation Gurugram Helplines:

Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the MCG’s official website (mcg.gov.in).
- Navigate to the “Services” section of the menu.
- Choose “Grievances” to open the online complaint form. For other issues, select “Water Grievance”, “Property Tax”, or “C&D Waste Grievance” options.
- Click “Open a new ticket” to open the online form.
- Fill out the form with the required details including the nature of your complaint, location with ward, department, and description of the issue.
- Upload supporting documents or photos, if any.
- Submit the form.
