You can file your civic complaint online to your Municipal Corporation, Nagar Palika, or Nagar Parishad/Panchayat through MP eNagarPalika. Steps to file an online complaint:

After registration of each complaint, you should note down the reference/ticket number of the grievance to track the status.

If your complaints submitted to the Incharge/Prescribed Officer are not resolved within the given resolution period or have any dissatisfaction with the final response, escalate the disputed grievance to the designated Officer of Public Grievance (PG) Cell of your Urban Local Body by re-opening the form.

Escalation to Municipal Commissioner:

If the issue is not resolved or you are dissatisfied with the response, escalate the complaint to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner or the Head of the Public Grievance (PG) Cell of the local body. In the PG Cell, within Nagar Nigam (Municipal Corporation) the authorized officer is the Municipal/Deputy Municipal Commissioner or Mayor/Deputy Mayor.
