Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the IMC’s official website (imcindore.mp.gov.in).
- Navigate to the “Online Services” section of the menu.
- Choose citizen services and click the “Grievance” option.
- Click “New Grievance” to open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the form with the required details including your Nagar Nigam, type of complaint, location with the ward, and description of the issue.

If your complaints are not resolved by the zonal deputy commissioner or designated officers, escalate it to the Municipal Commissioner of the Indore Nagar Palika Nigam by writing a detailed grievance letter including a reference number to the official.
