Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam’s official website (ghaziabadnagarnigam.in) or download the Ghaziabad 311 App.
- Navigate to the “Services” section of the menu.
- Click “Public Grievance Redressal System” to open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the form with the required details including type of complaint, location with ward, description of the civic issue, and expected resolution.
- Upload the supporting documents and photos.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference number to track the status. If not resolved, you can escalate the grievance to the zonal deputy municipal commissioner or head of department (HOD) with the reference ID of the case.
Escalation to Municipal Commissioner:
