Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit Varanasi Municipal Corporation’s official website (nnvns.org.in).
- Navigate to the “e-Services” section of the menu.
- Click the ‘Grievances’ option to open the form or visit the “e-NagarSewa UP” portal and follow the instructions.
- Fill out the required details including type of civic complaint, location with ward, and description of the issue with evidence or facts.
- Upload supporting documents, if any.
- Submit the form.
