This morning, I purchased an electric kettle , say about ten minutes ago for Rs.500/- from Swiggy Instamart. It’s on button is damaged. Whom should I approach to get a replacement? The brand name of the product is Lifelong. I find this wierd that in time of trouble you guys expect me to use at least 200 words. Am i supposed to use cuss words? You guys are just making me more angry

Sorry to hear about the damaged electric kettle you received from Swiggy Instamart. To request a replacement, open the Swiggy app, go to “Help” under your order, and select “Item was damaged” to raise a support ticket. You can also contact Swiggy customer care via in-app chat or email support@swiggy.in. If not resolved, escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
