If unsatisfied or no progress within 30 days from RTI, file a second appeal to the Central Information Commission (rtionline.gov.in) within 90 days of the first appeal response.
You can escalate unresolved CPGRAMS grievances to the Directorate of Public Grievances. Attach the appeal response and image as evidence.
