To address the issue of stray dog attacks in Dwarkapuri Colony, near P&T Choraha, Government Quarter, Kotra, Bhopal:

1. Contact Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC): Report the issue to the Animal Control Department by calling 18002330014 / 155304 or +917552602070 or emailing support@bmconline.gov.in.
2. File a complaint online: Visit the BMC Grievance Portal: Bhopal Grievance Portal. Provide details of the location and the issue.
