Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit BMC’s official website (bmconline.gov.in).
- Navigate to “Citizen Services” section of the menu.
- Click “Lodge a Grievance” to open the online complaint form. You can also complain through MP e-Nagar Palika (urban).
- Fill out the form with required details including type of civic complaints, your location, description of the issue, and expected resolution.
- Upload the supporting documents.
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference number to track status. If not resolved, escalate the grievance to your zonal deputy municipal commissioner or head of department with all supporting evidence.
Escalation to Municipal Commissioner:
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate it by submitting a written grievance letter or re-opening the online complaint with your reference ID to the Bhopal Municipal Corporation through MP e-Nagar Palika.
