If garbage hasn’t been collected for four days, you can file a complaint with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) by calling the toll-free citizen helpline numbers 1533 or 80-22660000. You can also lodge an online complaint to BBMP by following these instructions:

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in) ’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.
