Garbage pickup not happening on frequent basis

Address: 14th cross kanakanagar, RT nagar bangalore 560032.

The garbage pickup person is not available on regular basis. Today he has come after 7 days !!! The below is the garbage piled up. There were rats in the bins, also the same rats enter the cars parked in the house which end up eating the wires and doing faeces in the engine section.
This is a request to the authorities to kindly take action immediately.
