You should register a public grievance with reference numbers of previous complaints (if any) against JMC with the Department of Urban Development and Local Bodies through the Rajasthan Sampark Portal of the State Government. For this, read these instructions:

• Click “Lodge your grievance” to open the online complaint form.
• Fill in the form with all required details, including your mobile number, name, type of complaint, department, and description of your complaint (up to 2000 characters).
• Upload any relevant documents (PDF, JPG, JPEG, etc.) that support your case.
• Complete the CAPTCHA and submit your complaint.
