Jio fiber recharge not done

Jio fiber pe recharge krne ke baad bhi account suspended dikha rha no active plan show kr rha hai mere 500to pani me gaye

If your Jio Fiber account shows “suspended” or “no active plan” despite a successful ₹500 recharge, please contact JioFiber customer care at 1800-896-9999 or raise a service request via the MyJio app > JioFiber > Settings > Help & Support. Keep your transaction ID and registered mobile number handy.
If the issue persists, you may escalate the complaint at TRAI’s consumer portal.
