To report the issue regarding bus service in Bhajanpura and buses refusing to go to Karawal Nagar even though the road is fixed, you can file a complaint with the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC).

If your complaint is not addressed satisfactorily, you can escalate it to higher officials in DTC.
