Dear Electricity department, Some of us are students and stays in pg and hostels, not every one of them are provided with inverter. This load shedding from past few days from exactly 5 am to 7 pm is disrupting my everyday routine. I need to attend the university from 9 am to 4 pm daily. How am I supposed to function without proper sleep as you cut electricity even before 6 am? Could you guys not come up with some other time for this load shedding? You officials might have the luck to live in AC or inverter but we don’t have much options away from home. Perhaps take pity on us and schedule this load shedding for some other time in the day please. This is a very humble request.
Dear @Nourin_Mahmud
We understand early outages hurt sleep before classes. To lodge your complaint, raise a service request with your DISCOM - call 1912 or use its app/website - asking for the published load-shedding schedule and to shift outages away from early mornings in PG/hostel areas. Provide feeder/area, exact dates/times, and hostel status.
