More than 30 stray dogs are there in our area from bapuji nagar x roads towards warasiguda.They running behind children & elders and try to bite them.please take care. Thanks..

To address the pack of 30+ stray dogs near Bapuji Nagar X Roads towards Warasiguda, immediately log a service request with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s Animal Husbandry Dept at 155304 and +914021111111 or via the GHMC Citizen Portal. Clearly state the location and risk to children/elders.

Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the GHMC’s official website (ghmc.gov.in).
• From “Our Services” section, click “Grievance” option then select “Citizen” to open the online complaint form.
• Alternatively, you can click “Complaint” from footer menu.
• Verify your identity by entering your mobile number and receiving an OTP.
• Complete the online Citizen Entry Form with all necessary details about the issue including your ward name and disputed matter.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number to track the status of your complaint. If not resolved escalate to Public Grievance Cell of the Zonal Offices or Departments.

If no action within 3 days, escalate to the Telangana State Animal Welfare Board. For urgent safety, inform the local police control room at 112.
